The Instructional Technology Team at Princeton Public Schools supports approximately 3,200 students and 400 staff members across a variety of platforms.

Digital learning and instruction is a long-term focus in Princeton Public Schools to help all students develop the skills necessary to succeed in an ever-changing world. With a focus on student learning, the digital learning plan in Princeton Public Schools includes putting mobile devices (iPads or Chromebooks) into the hands of students in grades 3 through 12, and expanding student access to shared classroom sets of mobile devices (iPads) in Pre-K through through grade 2.
Bringing Devices Home
Students in 6th, 7th and 9th grades will be receiving a Chromebook for the 2016-17 school year. These devices will begin to go home on December 7th for High School students and January 5th for Middle School students. In order for Chromebooks to go home, students must return their device agreement with insurance option selected with payment included and signatures from parent and student.
At the high school, these can be turned in to the office or media center. At the middle school, these can be turned into the office.
Payments can be made online through RevTrak - when you get to the WebStore select the correct school and then technology payment. There is an $80 max for families. Please indicate on your form when it is returned if you have met the family max. Families that qualify for Free & Reduced lunch will have their $40 insurance payment waived.
At this time we are not planning to send home the 3rd grade 1:1 iPads on a regular basis. They may be sent home a few times this year for special projects. This will be communicated well in advance of the devices going home.
